The following terms and conditions of use are part of the agreement between Browne’s Salon Supplies and you in relation to this website. We ask you not to use our website if you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions.

This website is owned and operated by Browne’s Salon Supplies, whose registered address is Ballybeg, Littleton, Thurles, County Tipperary, Ireland.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USING THIS WEBSITE ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Browne’s Salon Supplies offers professional products for hairdressers. Nevertheless, retail products and accessories do not require opening a trade account. If you purchase professional ranges such as colours, peroxides, and bleaches from us, you confirm that you are a qualified professional in the hair industry and qualified to use the products listed on our site. Neither we (Browne’s Salon Supplies) nor the products we sell are responsible for any injuries or damages caused by their use. Our right to refuse orders and request proof of professional status is reserved. You are responsible for ensuring your products as a business user.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Stock availability may vary. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with an updated delivery estimate. We will not be liable for any disappointments. We may change special offers without notice (while stocks last). The site may be corrected at any time if there are any mistakes with pricing. If there is insufficient stock, Browne’s Salon Supplies reserves the right to refuse a sale to anyone.

PAYMENT

WE ACCEPT PAYMENT VIA CARDS.

DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched within 2-5 working days, but stock availability may cause this to vary. Following the placement of your order, you will be notified of the estimated delivery date. The delivery time to European destinations (outside Ireland) usually ranges between 5 and 8 working days. We cannot accept responsibility for any expenses or other costs incurred due to late or failed deliveries. In some circumstances, delivery surcharges may be increased depending on the size and weight of the item within and outside the Republic of Ireland. You will be notified before dispatch.

CUSTOMS – ORDERS TO BE SENT OUTSIDE THE EU.

Import duties and taxes may be charged once the goods reach their destination if they are purchased for delivery outside of Ireland. Any additional customs clearance fees are also your responsibility. We have no control over these fees, and we do not know what they may be. For orders for delivery outside of Ireland, it is your responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations of the countries in which the goods will travel and be delivered.

RETURNING OF GOODS

If you return an item, we ask that it is in its original packaging, unused, and unopened within 28 days of delivery. Non-compliance will result in goods being returned at your expense. Let us know before dispatch if you plan to return the product(s). The use of recorded delivery and secure packaging is strongly recommended, as we cannot be held responsible. Refunds are not possible for delivery charges.

REGISTERING FOR AN ACCOUNT

• You must be 18 years or older to register.
• You can access your account using your personalized username and password once you are registered. The username and password can be updated anytime.
• When registering, you confirm that you are a professional or student in the hair industry.
• You confirm that you are proficient at using the products sold on this website as you place your order. We will not be liable for any injury or damage to users.
• Your online account DOES NOT store your credit card details.
• Change your account details immediately if you suspect another person is knowing or using your account.  Your account is your responsibility.
• Your account information must be updated and accurate at all times.
• If your personal details change, please let us know immediately.
• We may refuse, suspend, or terminate your account at any time if you break any of our terms and conditions.
